Nobukhosi Malonde is a 52 year old woman, married and with 3 children. She lives in the Eastern Cape Mqanduli, Zithenjini location, deep in the rural areas.
In mid February 2020 she saw a certain profile pic on WhatsApp, when she opened it, it was about Nela Kahle Arts & Crafts work shop that was to be held in Umtata on the 2nd and 3rd of March. She now makes many different patterns of earrings from her own creativity.

Anele is a 24 years old young woman born and raised in Uitenhage, now known as Kariega.
Anele is a mother of a 4 years old baby girl. She was raised by her grandmother after her parents died because of HIV/Aids. In her upbringing; life wasn't easy for her as she had to step in at a young age (in grade 3) and help her grandmother to raise her 3 siblings who 2 of them were born with ailments (HIV & Asthmatic). It was hard for her to be a normal child because of suffering with depression and having alot of questions. She almost drowned herself on alcohol and gave up on her dream but, that was never her option.
In 2019 Anele Started a foundation where girls and women who went through the same situation she was in could draw healing. After her challenges of the journey, she discovered that out of the hurt we go through, we look for places to belong to, where we may feel loved and appreciated and we tend to run to men thinking they'll give us all this love; not knowing that sometimes we are digging our own graves. We have this void we trying to fill that we're trying so hard to drift away from; and that makes us to forget about who we are and what we want.
This foundation is for that purpose; it is her offer for independence to women who feel so dependent; not only financially but also mentally and emotionally. They aim to empower women to own their power and unite their collective strength to revolutionise the business landscape and rise into unimaginable potential while empowering others. We all have a story to tell but it differs how we tell it.

Westway Solutions started in 2020 when South Africa was placed on Lockdown for the first time. Mark co-owns Westway Tickets with his Mom Hellen. They became a household name for 20yrs in the Afrikaans music and events industry.
They worked tirelessly to build a reputation of excellence in customer service and experience. They built their website www.westway.co.za from scratch to where it is now with payment integration etc. Covid Restrictions took away their source of income. They are currently down R300k and no end in sight unfortunately. As we all know, starting a business from scratch with no funds is hard.
They have had to rethink things and launch Westway Solutions. Having experienced the financial setback, they have had to fight tough and bail to stay afloat. Westway Solutions is a totally different concept from the previous business.
How does Westway Solutions work? You contact Mark via whatsapp or via the website requesting one of their services or products. He then relays to a trusted network partner to contact you to provide a free quotation. Once work has been completed Mark's service provider will give him a referral commission. This business model makes it that all work together in helping each other during this difficult period we are facing.
Teagan was born in Port Elizabeth. HE was enrolled in Grey from grade 1 and completed his schooling at Grey. After school he was not too sure what he wanted to do. His passion was sports, but he never pursued it after school. He decided to approach a company looking to be employed. They do work for the banks, installing and de-installing ATM’s as well as locksmithing and etc. He was fortunate enough to get the job as a store-man manager. Yes, he was “thrown into the deep end and had to learn how to swim very quickly”. He was then fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to work “out on the field” doing ATM installing and deinstalling. Where his colleague and himself had a good relationship. His colleague left the company and umbrellaed under another company doing the same work. While still at the company, Teagan learnt a little bit of locksmithing, and was always looking for bigger opportunities to grow. His ex-colleague then offered me a job at his new company doing the same work as well as locksmithing. He learnt a lot at his company, and found his new passion, locksmithing. Teagan then decided that for him to further his career and learn more about the trade that he was so passionate about, he would have to join a locksmithing company. He then applied at one of the biggest locksmithing companies in Port Elizabeth. He was asked to open a safe before they would decide whether he would get the job. So that is what he did, and fortunately enough was given the opportunity to work there. He was employed as a safe and access control technician. This is where he grew and specialized in his field. Teagan had goals and visions and to reach them, he knew that there was a lot to learn, and he had to learn as much as possible as fast as possible. Which is what he did, from opening houses to opening safes. They also specialize in other fields such as access control. Which he had to learn from scratch, and had to learn very quickly. While at their organization, Teagan would take days off to go on courses in which he would learn more about fields he was interested in, such as, CCTV and Electric Fencing. He was satisfied he had learnt enough and was ready to open his own company. Teagan decided to hold back on opening his own company when covid hit. He waited it out until he came to a decision that it was either now or never. Teagan's passion is locksmithing, access control, CCTV and electric fencing but what he saw was opportunity. Over this period, he has seen how people are struggling and crime has been getting worse. Being in the security industry he saw plenty of break-ins in vehicles, houses and even ATM’s. So, to see how pricing has gone up on everything and to see how people are looking for security equipment to be installed as well as repairs and etc, but with prices on callouts and labour being so high, often they are not able to afford it and rather hold back on having extra security installed. This is the reason he opened DC Energized. Teagan wants to be able to offer the same services at a more affordable rate. He also tried to be as mobile in his services as possible. This allows him to come to site and complete any locksmithing, Access Control, CCTV and electric fencing. DC Energized is registered as a security service provider by the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority.Reg.No. 3195407
Fencing services as possible from the comfort of the customers home, especially over the covid period. DC ENERGIZED is registered with PSIRA and it is important that the public use PSIRA approved locksmiths as they are legally allowed to operate in the industry. This means that they abide by all regulations of the law, which include safeguarding the customer's information and security as well as securing the customer's belongings to regulatory specifications and guaranteed workmanship. Don’t settle for less! Use the Best! Use DC ENERGIZED! They are affordable and they are here you.
